WILD ANIMALS
OBJECTIVES.
- Identify and say ten wild animals.
- Revise colours and practise them by colouring and describing animals.
- Say a chante to reinforce new vocabulary about the actions tjat animals cand do.
- Read and write about what animals cand do.
- Identify animals by the sound they make.
- Listen to a story, read it and act it out.
- Ask and answer about what animals can and can´t do.
- Read and listen to a description of animals, includding what they can and can´t do, and identify the animal.
- Listen to a song describing animals, and sing it.
- Write about an animal.
- Play a question and answer game to practise the language of the unit.
- Read a text about an English boy and some of the animals he likes.
- Draw a picture of their favourite animal and write a description of it.
- Read about mamals.
- Read, write and personalizae the vocabulary of the unit.
- Self evaluate the work done in the unit.

STRUCTURES
- ACTIVE: Can a lion swim? Can it climb? Yes, it can. No, it can´t. The elephant can fly. It can fly. It can´t swim. What is it? It´s green
- REVISION: It´s brown. It´s number 3. What´s number 1? It´s a giraffe. It´s got four legs. Where´s the tortoise? I can swim.
- PASSIVE: What colour´s the elephant? Who´s/What´s this? What is it? What number is it? Is the crocodile (green) or (brown)? Is the crocodile (green) or (brown)? Is it (an elephant) or (a monkey)? Look at (the pictures)! Look at me! Hurry up! It can´t fly. I can swim like a dolphin. Who can you see? What animals can you see? It´s got two legs. It hasn´t got legs. Has a fish got legs? Point to a bird. Animals at the zoo, lots of fun for me and you. The monkey says... Touch your head. Stand up! It likes toast. Let´s sing the song. This is a squirrel. Is that correct? Well done!
